  • Sharing Information: Contact details of people you invite or share notes with (make sure you have permission before sharing).

  • Usage Data: Interactions such as recording, uploading, editing, exporting, sharing, and deleting.
  • Device Data: Device identifiers, operating system, browser type, IP address, app version.
  • Crash Reports and Performance Data: Through Firebase Crashlytics and analytics tools.
  • Approximate Location: Derived from your IP address.

Information from third parties

  • Authentication Data: From third-party sign-in providers (Google, Apple, etc.).
  • Subscription Data: From RevenueCat to verify your payments.
  • Service Integrations: If you connect Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams (future features), we may receive meeting or calendar information.

  • Your recordings, transcripts, and summaries are retained until you delete them or delete your account.
  • Temporary processing occurs with Deepgram and OpenAI, but they do not store content long-term.
  • We may retain some data for legal or operational reasons even after account deletion.

Our services may involve transferring data outside your country of residence (for example, to the United States). Where required, we use legal safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
