NotterAI offers digital subscription services. Because access to premium features is granted immediately after purchase, refunds are generally limited and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you purchased NotterAI through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your purchase is processed by that platform. Refunds for those purchases are subject to the platform's own billing and refund rules.
